Jennifer T. Graham, MBA

Jennifer T. Graham is the Executive Director. She founded Shelter From the Rain in 2010, because she has a passion for giving hope to single parents in need. She became a Mother at the age of 16 and understands firsthand the importance of having a community of support while reaching your goals. Jen has worked with local organizations for over a decade to ensure that single parents have the resources that they need to thrive and care for their children.
She is a graduate of Savannah College of Art and Design where she majored in Graphic Design and minored in Advertising. She has earned her MBA in Marketing from Saint Leo University. She has served as a volunteer for T.H.A. Group’s Island Hospice, Savannah Church of God, The Living Vine Christian Maternity and several other nonprofits. She has a history of 15 years in Communications and Marketing with organizations like Savannah Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA), Arrhythmia Alliance (an international non-profit that helps patients with arrhythmias) and T.H.A. Group Home Health Care. She is the single mother of an amazing son, Jalin Graham, who plays the viola and attends The Schwob School of Music at Columbus State University. |
Rodrika B. Scott

Rodrika Bailey Scott is the Mentorship Program Director. She doesn’t just consider Savannah her home, it’s also her heart. She loves to give back and pour into the lives of others. She holds a Bachelors of Arts in Gender & Women's Studies from Armstrong State University. She’s the Program Director for our Mothers with Mentors Mentorship Program and owner of Bailey’s Belles Cleaning Service, where she creates job opportunities for others in the community. In addition to these efforts, Rodrika also speaks to large and small groups about race, gender, sexuality, and teen pregnancy. When she’s not working, she is spending time with her husband, cheering for their son at his practices and games, or traveling to a concert. |
