This 6-month Mothers with Mentors Program allows mothers to have more one-on-one customized support from mentors assigned to help them reach their goals in the areas of financial literacy, education, parenting, self-care, career development, housing, childcare, transportation, health and wellness. Each mentee has a customized "Success Plan" for the duration of the 6 months to help them identify clear steps to reach their goals.
This program offers wrap-around services including case-management, baby supplies, household items, mental health assessments and support groups all in an effort to economically empower single mothers. Partners include: Step Up Savannah, Heads Up Guidance Services, Dave Ramsey's Financial Peace University, The Mediation Center, Habitat Savannah, New York Life and more.

Outcomes Since 2016: 77 Graduates since 2016, 23 Moms secured housing, 64 Moms increased income, 77 Moms attended wealth-building sessions, 38 Moms secured reliable transportation, 5 Moms graduated and became Mentors for other single moms.
